About Us
Anea Gause is the founder of Sunny Love & Co., a boutique consulting firm built to help growing organizations create the operational structure they need to work better.
Anea's background spans financial services, risk management, regulatory relations, program management, governance, process improvement, and business operations. She holds an MBA and has spent years working inside large, complex organizations where structure, documentation, and operating rigor weren't optional.
Sunny Love & Co. grew out of a simple observation: most growing organizations need the same kind of operational discipline that large institutions take for granted — but don't have the right partner to help them build it. That's the gap this firm fills.
Every engagement is led by Anea directly. There are no account managers, no junior associates running the day-to-day. The work is hands-on, founder-led, and built on real practitioner experience — not consulting frameworks pulled from a shelf.
Why This Firm
They fail because the work isn't structured. People keep too much in their heads. Decisions get made inconsistently. Processes vary depending on who's running them. The same problems get solved over and over because no one wrote down how it worked the first time.
That's the gap we close. We bring structure to work that has become unclear, inconsistent, or too dependent on institutional knowledge — and we help leaders build the documentation, governance, and operating rhythm needed to execute well.
How We Work
Every engagement starts with a real conversation — not a sales pitch. I want to understand your organization, where things stand, and what's getting in the way before I recommend anything.
From there, we define exactly what the work looks like, what you'll walk away with, and how long it will take. No vague deliverables. No scope creep.
What you get at the end of an engagement isn't just a document or a setup — it's something your team can actually use, maintain, and build on.
